Here was already bright and the day has beginning....
I was walking around the racetrack, looking at the trees, breathing the fresh air in the elementary school nearby my home this morning. What a peaceful day, you couldn't image the typhoon just passed by, except watch the News. At least five low-lying areas in central and southern Taiwan were still inundated by floods brought by torrential rains, the News said. The dam had broken or lack of it causes this miserable situation.
After the typhoon, vegetables price will go higher and higher, rice is also…but I have no complain with that, however I didn't lose anyone my treasure, no need to clean the mud full of the house, no worry about the car which was flooded…by the way, I saw a funny journalist reported the typhoon news on TV, maybe call him idiot is more appropriate. He seemed excited and asked the woman who her car was flooded in basement for two days, how is your feeling now?
The woman replied irritatingly, I have no feeling, if your Merced Benz just brought few days ago then now change into rubbish, what is your feeling, I have no feeling, I have no idea that is what my feeling.
That's the only one make me laugh about whole typhoon news.

Hi! How's your weekend?
I see you add a pronunciation and example. There is a link to introduce more information as well. That's great!
The typhoon "Kalmaegi" hit Taiwan about three days ago. Just like you mentioned, the price of vagetable and rice will rise dramatically in the next three months. We aren't sufferers, of course, we won't complain with this.
Personally, I think the sentence that "however I didn't lose anyone my treasure" can be changed slightly. "After all," is more suitable for your meaning.
About the SPECIALL culture in the news of Taiwan, The Simpsons even made a jok about this kind of situation. What a ridiculous!
I'm look forward to your next word!
